Payment Terms

Extreme Surveillance accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders. COD and Net Terms available pending credit approval. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 fee. Late payments will be charged an interest rate of 1.5% per month. No orders will be processed on past due accounts.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges will be added to each order. All orders are shipped FOB Scottsdale, AZ. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the distributor including but not limited to freight charges, unaccepted deliveries, incorrect address charges, COD fees, extended delivery charges. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the shipment.

Drop Shipping

Extreme Surveillance will drop ship orders at no additional charge. Distributor’s company name will appear as the return address and no paper work will be included unless a copy of the distributor invoice is provided with the order.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition and contain all original material. Incomplete returns will incur a restocking fee.

Legal Status Of Products

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not Omni Business Solutions LLC, to determine and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all products offered. When applicable, products sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title III, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any of the products offered. By placing an order, the Purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the products ordered and that the products will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Audio is available to law enforcement personnel only.

Privacy

All customer information is confidential. Customer information is never released outside the company. Information is not sold nor placed on mailing lists.
